Intro to Letterpress: Broadside Posters

Learn the basics of typography, typesetting, and printing techniques, and print five copies of your own custom broadside, using archival type blocks and handset type. No previous experience is necessary. Students should bring lines (poetry, song lyric, favorite quote) to typeset, no more than 10 words in length. If you have experience in typesetting, longer passages might be possible. Get tickets on Eventbrite.
