AARP Virtual Interval Strength Training
A diverse workout that promotes strength, mobility, stamina and higher energy levels. Interval training is based on alternating a range of exercises for a mix of short bursts of more intense activity with longer periods of low impact fitness. Visit local.aarp.org/spokane-wa/aarp-events to register.
