Jay Olsen review: Contact complaint

Documents from an internal Spokane Police Department review of former Officer Jay Olsen, all regarding incidents in which court employees said Olsen approached them seeking information about his case while he was suspended. Olsen resigned Monday, April 13, 2009, ahead of the findings of an internal review of his conduct. He was cleared in March 2009 of assault in the late-night shooting of Shonto Pete.
