Supreme Court: Spokane Municipal Court

The state's highest court has ruled that a Spokane judge was properly elected and appointed as a municipal judge, therefore reinstating a couple of convictions in question. The state justices said that, at the time, the judge had been appropriately appointed to hear city cases as an elected district court officer.
