Muslim vandalism letter

A letter sent by the Washington Council on American-Islamic Relations to U.S. District Attorney Mike Ormsby asking for a formal, federal investigation into the message "Death to Islam" spray painted on a community center where Ramadan prayers were taking place July 4, 2015.
