Bear spray: UDAP letter to IGBC 2016

UDAP, a Montana company that markets bear spray, wrote this letter to the Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee in November 2016 asking the group of wildlife professionals to withdraw recommendations for bear spray that seemed to endorse the products of another company.
