City of Spokane letter to Airway Heights regarding new well site

The city of Spokane sent this letter to the city of Airway Heights on Nov. 23, 2021, as a formal response to a request by Airway Heights to dig a new well over the Spokane aquifer. Spokane's mayor and city council president request a full environmental review of the proposal.
