The Spokane County Auditor's Office may have slightly different percentages than are reflected here because its figures include any write-in votes.

About The Measure

The legislature imposed, without a vote of the people, an aircraft excise tax on commuter air carriers in lieu of property tax. The tax is expected to generate about $500,000 over 10 years. Voters are being asked if the tax should be repealed or maintained. But as an advisory vote, it’s basically little more than a public opinion and will have no legal bearing on the Legislature.
