The district, which serves much of southern Spokane County, is asking voters for a 20-year bond measure that would raise $12.2 million to fund renovations to the 1960s-era high school building, build a new gymnasium, renovate bathrooms and locker rooms and install wireless Internet. The bond would also support security updates in the elementary and junior high schools.
The small school district surrounded by the Mead, Spokane and West Valley school districts, is asking for 20-year bond to raise $1.5 million to build a new multipurpose room and modernize its only school. The measure needs 60 percent support to pass.
The district, which includes parts of Spokane and Lincoln counties, is asking voters for a 25-year bond to raise $10.9 million to raise money for extensive renovations to Reardan Elementary and Smith Gym.
