City of Spokane Spokane Proposition 1
The Spokane Parks Department and Spokane Public Schools are each seeking to collect property taxes under two measures on November ballots. The parks $240 levy and the schools $200 million bond are separate ballot items, but the entities would partner to complete over 200 projects if both measures pass.
