Pine Lodge mothers
With Pine Lodge set to close at the end of the month, it was a bittersweet celebration for many of the offenders, who will be transferred to facilities west of the Cascades. For those with families in Eastern Washington, the distance likely means fewer visits with children, parents, family and friends.
