Fort Hood shooting medal
The Army presented the posthumous Award for Valor to Chief Warrant Officer Two, retired, Michael G. Cahill, 62, of Cameron, Texas on Monday, May 23, 2011, at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas. Cahill was the only civilian killed in the shooting rampage on Nov. 5, 2009 at Fort Hood.
