Pullman police arrested a 19-year-old Cheney man Monday for allegedly starting several fires on Washington State University’s Greek Row.

Isaac S. DePaolo, 19, of Cheney, is accused of starting this fire at the Theta Chi fraternity house in Pullman early Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018. The fire destroyed a wooden deck beside the house’s basketball court.
