RÜT Bar and Kitchen

Rut, which celebrated its grand opening April 8 at 901 W. 14th Ave., is fulfilling a growing demand for vegan food options in Spokane. The response from patrons has exceeded expectations, Lorenzen said, adding the restaurant sold out of most menu items on opening day.

"Seasonal Spirit" drinks shift as the seasons do at RÜT Bar and Kitchen, though customers can expect a $10 price tag for a cocktail containing a seasonally appropriate flavor, pairing liquor and infused soda.
