Rick Welliver's Spokane Boxing Gym

A national PAL (Police Athletic League) Chapter is opening in Spokane. It's a mentorship program for Spokane PD to work with kids involved in boxing. Ranges from SPD helping fund the programs to mentoring some at-risk participants. Program spearheaded by local boxing promoter/gym owner Rick Welliver.
