2019 Ramen Fest
Lines wrapped around the building as Spokane Buddhist Temple served hundreds of hungry guests at the 30th annual Ramen Fest. At $12 per bowl, patrons consumed tofu, chicken and pork ramen in broth that took head cook Jun Yugawa days to prepare.
