Second Wind: Richard Hemming
Richard Hemming is a Spokane Valley resident who lives with his 103-year-old WWII veteran father in a home he’s added to for the past 30 years. He’s also the chaplain of the Combat Veteran Riders, a nonprofit that seeks to make the transition easier for every military member coming home.
