Spokane County Interstate Fair wraps up Sunday, not before bustin' more mutton
The tenth and final day of the 2019 Spokane County Interstate Fair occurred on Friday with large crowds enjoying the sunny skies. Wool Riders Only, the company that hosts mutton bustin', ran through crowds of young contestants hoping to hang on to a sheep for six seconds or more.
