Loon Lake Food Bank & Resource Center
Rural food banks are seeing an increased need for food but a decrease in volunteers. Most volunteers are retired and therefore in an at risk population for COVID. Like all food banks, Loon Lake is seeing an increase in need and first time visitors with skyrocketing unemployment, the problem is being rural they are having a hard time increasing donations and getting food shipped out to their area.
