Big Sky

Big Sky has three mountains, offering 3,812 acres with a 4,350-foot vertical drop. There are 85 miles of runs, with the longest being four miles. They are divided up as 14% beginner, 26% intermediate, 40% advanced, and 20% expert. To get you up the mountain, Big Sky features 21 lifts, including five surface lifts, five double chairs and five triple chairs, five quads, four of which are high-speed, and one gondola. There are also four terrain parks as well as Big Sky’s designated in-bounds snowshoe trail: Moose Tracks. Big Sky is approximately six hours from Coeur d’Alene.
