Summary

Touchet finished off a strong regular season with a 56-8 defeat of visiting Sunnyside Christian in Southeast 1B play. Edgar Rincon broke the ice with a six yard run. Quarterback Elias Martinez quickly added another, rushing in from four yards out. Touchdowns from Colter McKeown on an interception return and Connor McKeown on a pass from Martinez made the score 28-0 after the first quarter. Rincon and Colter McKeown each added rushing scores in the second quarter, and Martinez returned the opening kickoff of the second half to the end zone before Sunnyside Christian finally got on the board. The other Rincon, Carlos, finished the scoring with a 37 yard run.
