Summary

Timberline piled up the offense in an 88-33 Intermountain League win over Priest River. Tigers Quarterback Bryce Johnson was efficient, completing 12 of his 16 pass attempts for 286 yards and four touchdowns. Three of those touchdowns went to Preston Rhodes, including the opener that covered 95 yards. Rhodes also rushed for a pair of scores, and Wyatt Howard added 99 yards running and another score. Priest River quarterback Jimmy Cook threw the ball 53 times, completing 30 for 383 yards and five touchdowns, but the Spartans had several costly turnovers that hurt their chances of keeping the score line more competitive.
