Collin Cremers scored two second-half goals to push St. George's past visiting Northwest Christian 2-0 on Saturday in a 2B/1B regional championship match. Cremers netted his first at 59 minutes on an assist from Mitchell Ward. Cremers put the game away with his second at 72 minutes, this time on a feed from Caelan Angell. Chris Caporicci picked up the clean sheet in goal for the Dragons after making 3 saves. Valerie Gaffney made 3 saves for NWC.

With the win, St. George's will host Saturday's Waitsburg/Prescott-Trout Lake winner on Friday or Saturday in the State 2B/1B quarterfinals. Northwest Christian will travel to west side for their state opener next weekend against Friday Harbor.
