Summary

Kendall Elliott kept the Davenport bats in check as Kettle Falls rebounded in the second game of a doubleheader on Saturday with an 11-4 victory over the host Gorillas and earn a split of the Northeast 2B series.

The Kettle Falls offense was led by a Carlee Eslick triple. Olivia Beardslee added a double for the Bulldogs.

Grace Lilje ripped her fourth home run of the season for the Gorillas. She also connected for a triple.

Other than the two extra-base hits to Lilje, Elliott scattered three Davenport singles as she went the distance for the Bulldogs.
