Summary

Meredith Clark's RBI triple in the first inning gave Mead a lead they would not relinquish in a 9-1 nonleague win over visiting East Valley.

Sydney Shanholtzer had an RBI double in the fifth inning and an RBI triple in the sixth to add insurance for the Panthers. Erin Kautzman added three RBIs and Mikaylie King had two hits and scored two runs for Mead in the victory.
