Summary

Morgan Dement tallied a double, three triples and two home runs as Priest River beat Selkirk in a wild 19-17 game to open Tuesday's doubleheader.

The Spartans scored in every inning and led 17-6 in the sixth before the Rangers batted in ten in the bottom of the sixth to tighten it. Priest River added on two more in the seventh for the final margin.

Whitney Dawson, Cierra Chantry and Jenna Couch all went deep for Selkirk.
