Summary

What happened: Emma Bartlett scored 13 points with 14 rebounds to help Coeur d’Alene Charter (6-2) defeat Valley Christian (4-4) in overtime 50-49 on Saturday. Down one late in OT, a putback by freshman Sandy Faulkner gave Charter the win. May Alexander scored 14 for Charter and Faulkner ended with 10. Veronica Alexyenko scored nine in the fourth quarter for Valley Christian to help get it to the extra session. She finished with 15 and Kaleen Pope added 13.
