Summary

Annaliese Fanning had a bat on fire against Columbia by hitting two doubles, a triple and a home run for six RBIs. Liz Jacobs also connected for three hits to help Curlew pile on the runs to defeat Columbia, 20-12. Curlew scored 12 runs in the second inning after Columbia allowed seven hits, four walks and a couple errors. Curlew ended up playing Selkirk in the third/fourth place matchup and lost, 10-6. They will take on the No. 1 seed out of District 9 next week.
