What happened:

Emily Sheard recorded her second win of the day with a complete game one-hitter and Freeman defeated visiting Newport 15-0 in the second game of a doubleheader on Friday. Lexi Johnson hit a three run shot for Freeman and tallied six RBI's on the game. The 15 run rule came into effect after the fourth inning to end the game.
