What happened: Jenna Couch scored 17 points and Gabi Rick scored eight of her 13 points in a decisive third quarter as the sixth-ranked Rangers (11-1, 5-1) defeated the visiting Panthers (5-6, 4-2) 46-28 on Friday. After missing nine layups in the first half and falling behind by three, Selkirk upped its intensity on both sides of the ball on their way to an 18-0 run in the third. Phoebe Trigsted led Valley Christian with 14 points, but only had three in the second half.
