Brock Ravet scored 31 points, and No. 1 seed Kittitas bested Adna 71-64 Thursday at the Spokane Arena in a State 2B quarterfinal.

Bryan Arnold added 11 points for the Coyotes (22-0), who used a 12-0 third-quarter burst to build a 49-33 lead.

Blake Davis led the Pirates (20-7) with 21 points. Adna rallied and drew within two points on three occasions in the final quarter, but could not get over the hump as Ravet and his teammates made enough free throws down the stretch.

Kittitas will play St. George's in a semifinal on Friday, while Adna will face Northwest Christian.
