What happened: Ellie Thorton scored 20 points, Addison Wells-Morrison added 11 and the Panthers (7-0) defeated the Cougars (4-4) in a nonleague game in the Surf ‘N Slam tournament in San Diego, California at Monte Vista HS on Monday. Olivia Bennett led for Cascade with 11 points.
