What happened: Trent Gwinn passed for 119 yards and two touchdowns and picked up 93 rushing yards, and the Pirates (2-0) beat the visiting Mustangs (1-2) in a nonleague game on Friday. Colton Slaybaugh added two touchdowns on 62 rushing yards and 55 passing yards. Deary quarterback threw for 118 yards on seven completions.
