What happened: Quincy Schuerman went 3 for 4 with a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth inning and the top-seeded Wildcats (22-1) defeated the second-seeded visiting Lions (13-10) in the District 6 3A championship game on Friday. Mayce Davis went 2 for 3 with a run scored and an RBI for Kennewick. Both teams advanced to State.

What happened: Rylee Bendewald went 3 for 4 with a home run, four runs and three RBIs and the second-seeded Lions (14-9) topped the visiting third-seeded Tigers (15-7) in six innings in a District 6 3A semifinal on Friday. Addie Logan added a homer for Kennewick. Ella Jensen led U-Hi with a double and two RBIs. U-Hi faces Shadle Park in an elimination game on Tuesday.
