Asher Cox scored 23 points including a buzzer-beater to force overtime and the Crusaders (22-1) edged the Lancers (17-6) 61-57 in overtime on Saturday in the District 7 2B title game at West Valley HS. Both teams advance to next weekend’s regional tournament. Liberty led 14-7 after the first quarter and were up by six at intermission.
