What happened: Sophia Bjerk had two doubles and drove in two runs and the Vikings defeated the Titans (17-9) in the first round of the Washington 4A state tournament. Alyssa Benthagen and Gracee Dwyer bombed back-to-back homers in the top of the fourth, but University was unable to rally for the win.
