Chevelle Shepherd scored 29 points and the Savages (17-5) beat the Jaguars (14-6) 66-51 on Friday in the 1ADII semifinals at Nampa HS. Maddy Tucker added 19 points for Salmon River, which advances to play in the title game against Butte County on Saturday. Bella Murekatete scored 26 points with 23 rebounds and Rachel Schroeder added 15 to lead Genesis Prep, which plays for third place against NezPerce on Saturday at 8:15 a.m.
