Saydi Anderson and Taylia Stimpson scored 14 points apiece and the Spartans (17-9) eliminated the Bulldogs (10-13) 46-35 on Friday in a 4A consolation game at Mountain View HS in Meridian. Trinity Golder led Sandpoint with 15 points and Grace Kirscher added 11.

Harley Carlisle scored 11 points with nine rebounds and the Indians (17-7) beat the Bulldogs (10-12) 44-39 on Thursday in the first round of the 4A state tournament at Mountain View HS in Meridian. Trinity Golder scored 26 points on 10-of-22 shooting, including 6 of 11 beyond the arc, to lead Sandpoint, which faces Minico in a loser-out game on Friday at 12:15 p.m.
