Kristi Blake, Bill Gates' sister, is presented with an award from the Rotary Club at the Spokane Convention Center on May 18, 2019. Her younger brother Bill Gates' speech was on the progress that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the efforts of Rotary International have made to globally eradicate polio.
