An authentic Le Panyol wood-fired oven, a smaller version of the commercial oven at Ken’s Artisan Pizza, was built by mason Timothy Seaton of Timely Construction in Camas, Wash. The oven belongs to the home of Oregon baker and author Ken Forkish, who has put the house up for sale.
