‘Your Life Matters’ draws CdA crowd

Hercules Gaines, a Coeur d'Alene barber, achieved what he hoped to. Gaines in conjunction with local police staged a forum, "Your Life Matters," to teach people what to do when an officer makes contact. The forum attracted a good crowd to the Coeur d'Alene Library.
