Scott defends flying Confederate flag

State Rep. Heather Scott, R-Blanchard, tells Betsy Russell/Eye on Boise that she was defending free speech when she displayed the American flag on her float at the Priest River Timber Days parade. Lake CdA more polluted than Animas River?!
