Sunday, the Festival at Sandpoint at Memorial Field. “Inner Circle’s sweet reggae vibe wafted through the cool night air. With an energetic stage show and heavy syncopated rhythms, the band compelled the audience to its feet. Its uplifting message had a theraputic effect on the crowd. Everyone came away with smiles.”
