In a final tuneup for next Saturday’s Turbulator Handicap, Singh Bold King, the 1993 winner, will take on five opponents that include gritty Hope’s Rullah and another rags-to-riches sprinter, A Broker Broker.

Well, the latter pair haven’t quite made it to stardom, but they’re working on it. As a matter of fact, Singh Bold King wasn’t exactly a household name when he became a stakes-winner last summer. Now, he’s much better and comes into tonight’s sprint on the heels of a track-record performance.

Here are tonight’s selections:

$2 daily doubles wheeling all nine horses in the first race to J.J.’S ROLLS in the second ($18).

Second: $10 to win on J.J.’S ROLLS.

Third: $5 to win on CALL FOR MERIT.

Fourth: $2 exacta wheel with VON HUMBOLDT on top.

Tenth: $1 trifecta box combining CAPTAIN MARY, DOIN’ THE PUYALLUP, TOODLE PIP and LEMER OF GEMI ($24).

Original bankroll: $3,000.

Wednesday: Lost $4.20.

Present bankroll: $2,444.10.
