KOOTENAI COUNTY SHERIFF
Elisabeth Dagastine, Post Falls, reported Tuesday the $6,913 theft of jewelry, a CD player, savings bonds, $1,050 in bills and change from her home in the 1800 block of 16th St.
Randolph Russell, Post Falls, reported Wednesday that his ‘86 Honda motorcycle was stolen from his home in the 8200 block of Hauser Lake Road. The bike’s value is $2,500.
Michael Lares, owner of Chase Enterprises, 2795 W. Hayden Ave., reported Wednesday the theft of two chain saws, a power saw and a portable generator from his business. The value of the items stolen is estimated at $700.
PINEHURST POLICE
Rape charges have been filed against a 16-year-old Pinehurst male, Pinehurst police said Wednesday. The alleged rape took place about 1:30 a.m. on July 31, when the boy was walking a 15-year-old girl, also of Pinehurst, home from a party. Both were apparently intoxicated at the time of the incident.
