Man Being Held For Arson Fires
Authorities have released the identity of a Spokane man arrested in connection with several arson fires set early Tuesday.
Larry James Harrison, 51, is being held at the Spokane County Jail, with bail set at $25,000.
The total damage to the fields, buildings and cars set ablaze along east Riverside is estimated at more than $75,000, said Lt. Ernie Nye of the Spokane Fire Department.
Harrison has several arson convictions, dating back to 1964, Nye said.
No connection has been made between Harrison and the recent string of wildfires in Spokane County, Nye said.
