Schools Open For Registration
Spokane Valley schools will open in the next two weeks for students who haven’t registered for the new school year.
West Valley school offices open for registration Tuesday, Aug. 16. Registration, however, won’t take place at Centennial Middle School and West Valley High School until Aug. 22. High school students need to call ahead to make individual appointments to register.
Parents who aren’t sure which school their children will attend can call the district office at 924-2150.
Freshman orientation is set for Aug. 29, 7-8:30 p.m. Classes start Aug. 30.
Freeman students can register beginning Aug. 17. A barbecue and registration for ninth-graders and new students is set for 6 p.m., Aug. 23.
School starts Aug. 30.
East Valley schools open Aug. 22 for registration. High school registration is set for Aug. 29, and freshman orientation is Aug. 31.
If parents aren’t sure which school their children will attend, they should call the transportation office, 926-6371, to find out what the school boundaries are.
Classes start Sept. 7.
Central Valley schools open Aug. 23 for registration. Parents with questions about school boundaries can call the district office at 922-6700.
Classes start Sept. 7. Sophomore orientation dates should be available next week.
