Secret Witness Targets Registered Sex Offender

A registered sex offender is this week’s Secret Witness target.

Robert C. Lemley was convicted of two counts of first-degree child molestation in 1989. Lemley, a former Spokane businessman, has a last known address on the South Hill.

He is wanted on a warrant for violating his probation terms for child molestation. Lemley can be extradited from anywhere in the country.

He is 54 years old, about 5-foot-5 and weighs about 175 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Residents who know the whereabouts of Lemley are asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. A cash reward is offered, and witnesses do not have to give their names to be eligible for the money.

Secret Witness is a civilian-operated organization not affiliated with law enforcement. Callers may use code numbers or names to identify themselves.
