Prodigy Introduces New Pricing Plan

From Staff And Wire Reports

Prodigy Services Co. said Thursday it had developed an alternative pricing plan for subscribers of its on-line service, lowering the cost of access to the Internet, the global computer network.

The plan offers 30 hours of monthly access to Prodigy, including the broader Internet, for $30. After 30 hours, the service costs $2.95 per hour.

For people who don’t use the Internet as much, Prodigy will continue to offer its original pricing structure, a $9.95 fee for five hours of access with additional hours priced at $2.95 each.
