Soccer Season Opens May 6 For Shadow At Seattle
With a roster full of local ties, the Spokane Shadow is nearing the start of the USISL soccer season.
The first of 12 games for the Shadow, who will compete in the Northwest Division, is May 6 in Seattle against the Seattle Hammers.
The home opener is June 10 against the Yakima Reds. All league games will be at Spokane Falls Community College.
Einar Thorarinsson is the head coach and Daman Hagerott is the assistant.
To prepare for the regular season, the Shadow will face the Seattle Sounders, the defending regular-season American Professional Soccer League champions. The game is April 30 at 6 p.m. at Central Valley High School.
Season tickets for the Shadow are $25 for adults and $15 for children under 14. Single-game tickets are $5 and $3.
